Complete all sections of  ALC Application Form 2023 and email it to info@alcc.edu.au

or enrol online.

English language evidence (IELTS /TOEFL/PTE)

Current visa (if in Australia only)

High School Certificate

OSHC details (if on a student visa and currently in Australia)

Step 2

We will prepare a Letter of Offer for you. 

Step 3

Students need to sign the offer and return it to us.  

Step 4

Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will be issued once the payment and other required documents have been received.

Step 5

Apply for your visa from your nearest Australian Embassy or Consulate.COEs will be required for your student visa application.

Step 6 

(only if requesting accommodation and/or Sydney Airport greeting)

If you wish us to organise your airport pick up or homestay, you will need to apply at least one month before your arrival in Australia.

Step 7 

Australian Language Center will welcome you to join us and start your new journey in Australia!

·       Genuine Student Assessment may be required for the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Egypt, El Salvador, French Guiana, Gabon, Gambia, Guatemala, Guinea, Honduras, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Laos, Lebanon, Madagascar, Mali, Moldova, Mongolia, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Serbia, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Venezuela & Vietnam

CONFIRMATION, ACCEPTANCE, & COE:

·       The completed Acceptance of Offer form, including student signature and signature date

·       Payment remittance advice or proof of payment as per invoice

·       Completed forms provided with the Letter of Offer, including:

Consent and Release Forms
Welfare Agreement signed and witnessed, or Parent Consent Details where Welfare is not provided by ALC
Consent to the Publication of Imagery form
Code of Conduct Bullying Policy

·       If requesting an Airport Pick Up or ALC Accommodation, flight details are required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival

·       A copy of the OSHC Policy if not organised by ALC
